Added a new feature to the wiki: in your preferences page you'll find a new item called "subscriptions"; in the underlying box you can enter some pages pattern like "recensioni/*" and an email will be sent to your mailbox when those pages will be updated. If you need help about how to choose or write down the pattern, click on the pagespec link to the right of the box.

myOpenID will shut down on February 1, 2014: login to the wiki by myOpenID will not work anymore.
Hello, I wanted to reach out personally to let you know that we have made the decision to end of life the myOpenID service. myOpenID will be turned off on February 1, 2014. In 2006 Janrain created myOpenID to fulfill our vision to make registration and login easier on the web for people. Since that time, social networks and email providers such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn and Yahoo! have embraced open identity standards. And now, billions of people who have created accounts with these services can use their identities to easily register and login to sites across the web in the way myOpenID was intended. By 2009 it had become obvious that the vast majority of consumers would prefer to utilize an existing identity from a recognized provider rather than create their own myOpenID account. As a result, our business focus changed to address this desire, and we introduced social login technology. While the technology is slightly different from where we were in 2006, I’m confident that we are still delivering on our initial promise – that people should take control of their online identity and are empowered to carry those identities with them as they navigate the web. For those of you who still actively use myOpenID, I can understand your disappointment to hear this news and apologize if this causes you any inconvenience. To reduce this inconvenience, we are delaying the end of life of the service until February 1, 2014 to give you time to begin using other identities on those sites where you use myOpenID today. afelio shut-down
In the month of January 2013 I’m planning to shut down one of the servers at L’Altro Mondo – afelio.
As a result of the shutdown, some services will be abandoned, others moved and maintained. Surely the game server Urban Terror and the two Mail Scanners (antivirus and antispam) will be terminated.
As for the running bots, I found a new “home” (see jid) for mouffette, since even the jabber server where “she” is currently hosted will be terminated.

wiki enhancement
I've just enabled the ikiwiki tag plugin and properly tagged the softwares' how-to: a tag page lists all of them, you can click on each one and get to another page which contains all the available links for that particular tag - you also can subscribe to an RSS Feed matching a single tag. Moreover, each article belonging to the software section shows its own tags at the bottom of the page and they are clickable links too, referring to the relative categories.
Hope that this will improve the browsing experience of the wiki a little bit.

Installato un Multiplayer UrT server
Urban Terror è uno sparatutto free in prima persona, sviluppato dalla FrozenSands e disponibile per Windows, GNU/Linux e Macintosh. La versione corrente è la 4.1.1
Una volta installato il gioco ed averlo avviato ci si può connettere a questo server pubblico digitando dalla console dei comandi:
connect laltromondo.dynalias.net
La console si raggiunge in windows schiacciando il tasto “\” (di solito posizionato sotto ESC) ed in linux con la combinazione di tasti “altgr+ì”.
